Black Friday

Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving is the official start of the Christmas shopping frenzy. Shoppers line up hours before stores open prepared to do battle for that "huge" bargain or that "must" have gift. Every year I ask myself why???? You see news reports of women fighting over a doll. Of a store clerk killed in a stampede of people rushing thru doors that were just opened. Again WHY? Margaret over at Pickles & Lollipops is offering a solution to this craziness. She is going to host a Black Friday hourly giveaway day. So instead of getting up at 2:00AM to go stand in front of a store, get up at 5:45AM and fire up your computer. You don't even have to get dressed.

  1. Thanks for this! Yes Black Friday is a mess.
Last year me and the hubby went. We saw all the people waiting and we turned back around and said maybe next year. Imma gonna head on over
to Pickles and Lollipops and see what she has
    going on. Thanks again:0)

  2. Thanks for stopping by Everyday Mom Ideas and entering my giveaway. Visiting to wish you goo luck!

  3. Post turkey day shopping is CRAZY. I gave it up years ago!

I'm following you from the MBC Under 100 Club. I look forward to reading more.

  4. I learned long ago....never to get out on Black Friday. I have NO patience for that many people.
